Tank Restoration & Lining
Corrosion Protection
Surface preparation, coating and protective lining for long-term asset protection.
Corrosion Protection for Tanks and Industrial Assets
Corrosion is a leading cause of early failure in tanks and industrial steelwork, and the hot, humid and salt-laden conditions common across Saudi Arabia accelerate it. Falcon combines surface preparation, coating and protective lining to keep assets in service longer.
Protection is specified for the asset, substrate and exposure, then inspected — including dry film thickness and adhesion testing where applicable.

Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between coating and lining?
Coatings are thinner protective films applied to a surface; linings are thicker systems, often laminated, used inside tanks and vessels for chemical duty. We recommend based on exposure.
Why is surface preparation so important?
Coating and lining adhesion depends on a clean, correctly profiled surface, and many early failures trace back to inadequate preparation.
Do you test coatings?
Yes. DFT (dry film thickness) and adhesion testing are carried out where applicable.
